We stand behind our competition-grade products—from bridles to chicken coops—with a 15-day return policy from your delivery date. All returns must be in original condition with tags attached and packaging intact.

Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Chicken Health products (medications/supplements)
  • Clippers and Blades (for hygiene reasons)
  • Used or damaged equipment

Step-by-Step Return Process

2. Receive Authorization

Within 2 business days, we’ll email:

  • Return authorization number

  • Prepaid return label for defective items

3. Ship Your Return

For standard returns:

  • Pack items securely in original packaging
  • Include all tags and accessories
  • Ship via tracked service (we recommend DHL/FedEx for faster processing)

4. Refund Processing

Once received at our warehouse:

Exchange Procedure

For size exchanges on breeches or bridles:
