Our Return Commitment
We stand behind our competition-grade products—from bridles to chicken coops—with a 15-day return policy from your delivery date. All returns must be in original condition with tags attached and packaging intact.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Chicken Health products (medications/supplements)
- Clippers and Blades (for hygiene reasons)
- Used or damaged equipment
Step-by-Step Return Process
1. Initiate Your Return

2. Receive Authorization
Within 2 business days, we’ll email:
- Return authorization number
- Shipping instructions (return address: 1899 Spirit Drive, Cavendish, US 05142)
- Prepaid return label for defective items
3. Ship Your Return
For standard returns:
- Pack items securely in original packaging
- Include all tags and accessories
- Ship via tracked service (we recommend DHL/FedEx for faster processing)
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
4. Refund Processing
Once received at our warehouse:
- Refund Timeline: 3-5 business days after inspection

Exchange Procedure
For size exchanges on breeches or bridles:
- Follow the standard return process
- Clearly state your desired replacement item
- We’ll ship the new item once the return is received
- No additional shipping charges for exchanges within the US
International Returns
For customers outside the US (excluding Asia/remote regions):
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
- Mark package as “Returned Goods” to avoid customs fees
- Allow 2-3 weeks for international returns to reach us
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your horse cooler or chicken feeder arrives damaged:
- Take photos of the damage and packaging
